Q. Can we look at the diamonds physically before buying?
Ans. Yes, we welcome you to visit our office in Mumbai for physical inspection.T&C Apply*
Q. Do you have any minimum order quantity [MOQ]?
Ans. It is purely the customer’s choice how much they want to buy from us, one stone or thousand stones.
Q. What if I’m not able to find what I’m looking for?
Ans. You can let us know what exactly you are looking for and we’ll reach out to you at our earliest.
Q.Where can I see your inventory?
Ans. You can review and confirm our diamonds on kps.diamonds or download our app from the apple store or play store respectively.
Q. How do you handle product unavailability?
Ans. Our database is constantly being updated with new diamonds. If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for please contact us and we will help cater to your requirements
Q. From which laboratory do you certify the diamonds?
Ans. Our diamonds are certified from: GIA, IGI, HRD, FM
Q. Are all your diamonds natural?
Ans. Yes, we only manufacture ethically sourced natural conflict-free diamonds that are Kimberley process compliant.

Q. How long have you been in the diamond business?
Ans. We have been in the diamond business since 1965.
Q. Where are your manufacturing units located?
Ans. Our manufacturing units are mainly located in Surat and Ahmedabad. We are coming up with a new factory in Botswana.
Q. Where are you based globally ?
Ans. Our offices are located in Mumbai, New York, Hong Kong, China, Antwerp, Dubai, and Botswana.
Q. What is your production capacity for a month or year?
Ans. We manufacture more than 60,000 carats per month
SHIPPING FAQ's
Q. How do you ship the diamonds?
Ans. We ship diamonds to our customers through FedEx, BRINKS, MALCA AMIT, BVC LOGISTICS [G4S].
Q. How much time does it take for the diamonds to reach my destination?
Ans. The diamonds will reach within 3-4 business days.
Q. What is your online payment term?
Ans. The goods are delivered on receipt of ADVANCE payment.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
Ans. No, we do not accept credit cards. The mode of payment is by way of SWIFT remittance through a bank.
Q. Do you accept payment in US$ or other currencies also?
Ans. We accept the payment in US$ only
Q. Can you hold the stones for me for 24 hours?
Ans. The stones selected have to be immediately ordered.
Q. How do I know that the diamond I purchased is the one I will receive?
Ans. With respect to certified diamonds, the certificate number is inscribed on the girdle of the diamond which can be checked by you on receipt. For non-certified diamonds, you have our assurance and guarantee for the genuineness of the stone and its specification.

Q. What is the carat range for certified diamonds?
Ans. We have certified diamonds from 0.30 carat to 5 carats
Q. Do you sell non- certified diamonds?
Ans. Yes, we do. We have small and big diamonds both in our non-certified category. They are available in our “Parcel Diamonds” category for this purpose you have to contact us for the same.
Q. If I buy non- certified diamonds from you, can you certify it for me?
Ans. Yes, it is possible to do so subject to size
Q. Can you send me a sealed certificate?
Ans. Yes, it is possible to arrange for a sealed certificate for IGI certified diamonds on additional fee of market prices.
Q. Do you have fancy color diamonds ?
Ans. Yes , We do have .
